MONTESSORI GUIDE AND FAMILY THERAPIST

She was born in Mexico City and concerned about the social differences in the country, she studied family therapy and a Montessori Children’s House and Workshop Guide (between 1974 and 1978) at the Pan American Montessori Society, initially working in a private Montessori school to later found the Palo Solo Children’s House, I.A. P., Private Assistance Institution that since 1979 has been dedicated to providing Montessori Education to children with limited economic resources (receiving the National Monte de Piedad award for the best private assistance institutions in Mexico in 2014). From 1998 to 2007 she dedicated herself to training Montessori Workshop Guides at the Center for Continuing Education in Mexico City. She has taught courses at the University of Pamplona, Spain, and currently at the Autonomous University of Baja California, in Mexico. Since 2000, she has taught courses in different Montessori areas in countries such as Mexico, Chile, Peru, Colombia, Spain and Russia. For 10 years she has been Coordinator of the Training course for Montessori Guides at the Canela Institute of Montessori Studies, in Madrid. During 2020 she obtained International Recognition for his Professional Career within the framework of the II International Montessori Congress of Spain.
